The Central Services Sterilizing Department (CSSD) Hybrid Course is a 5-day training programme which is delivered theoretically and practically through facility visits or videos. Candidates are also assigned group tasks to enhance learning due to diverse views. The course has a structured curricula and Candidates write an examination on the final day of the course and successful candidates are awarded a competency certificate. It serves as an introduction to sterile services and clarifies misconceptions in the workplace.  The targeted audience include CSSD Managers, Operators and individuals interested in pursuing the field as a career offering private sterile services.
