The Basic Infection Prevention and Control Course for IPC Managers is a Hybrid 3-day training programme.  The course aims to capacitate Health Facility Managers with knowledge of establishing and running an IPC programme. The curricula covers base of managerial skills which are necessary for enforcement of compliance with safety standards, outbreak preparedness and management and efficient allocation of resources. The course targets various levels of health facility Managers who simply require basic IPC knowledge. The candidates get to write an examination on the final day of the course and the minimum requirements set should be met for certification.
